Our client is European Multinational Retailer, it is one of the largest hypermarket chains in the world with business operation based in more than 35 Ｃountries.
For the succession Ｏr a better increase of the current Bakery business, we are urgently looking for Bakery Manager ****d in one of their best stores of Asia in Shanghai.

Job Description:
Research an d Develop new products an d fully focus in market sales status./根据市场的销售需要研发新品
To adjusting in time all the new products textures an d flavors in goals to achieve the maximum benefit./在有限时间内调控品质，味道以达到最佳效果。
Providing constructive improvement an d reasonable suggestion for the existing bakery products./改良现有产品线的产品
Maintaining good relationship with relevant food ingredient suppliers./和供应商们建立与维持一个良好关系。
Elaborate, innovate new products for events an d festival days./为节假日研发创新特别产品
Provide training course internally of the big company an d teach Ｏr coach others Bakery Manager for the new products formula/提供内部培训及提供员工们新品的配方等任务。

Qualification/要求:
At least over 3 years working experiences in Bakery/超过3年的面包/糕点烘焙工作经验
Good English understanding an d oral abilities/有良好英语能力会被优先考虑
Sensitive with numbers an d analysis skills/有良好分析力
Strategy vision an d thinking, team work spirit./有远见，能有长远目光，及有良好团队精神。
