Position Description岗位描述: 1. Work with all related management to ensure raw materials an d packaging materials quality management. Properly arrange lab analysis for raw materials, finished goods, an d cooked food in order to meet both the quality standards an d the operational schedule. 合理安排原材料、成品、熟品检验分析以期达到质量的标准和运营的安排。 3. Pathogen monitoring to establish the sampling plan an d arrange sample for lab test 病原监测以建立样板计划,为实验室检验安排样板 4. Lab management including proper staffing an d work allocation to minimize OT 检验室管理包括人员和工作的合理配置以最大程度地控制加班 5. Starbucks products QA: provide timely an d clear response to Starbuck’s quality inquires, maintain active an d constructive communication between the company an d Starbuck, work with related departments to ensure high quality standards an d shipment schedule are met 星巴克产品质量保证工作:对产品质量咨询提供及时清晰的反馈;与星巴克保持积极、有建设性的沟通;与各相关部门合作共同保证产品品质和交期的实现。 6. Assist in custom broking for exported products 出口产品的协助通关 7. Audit preparation an d ensure successful audit for ISO 22000 审计准备,确保ISO22000审计的顺利完成 8. CIQ, Quality Bureau regulations for labels, food import regulation 质监局、出入境法规的更新; 9. Keep active relations with official auditing companies 与质量审计公司保持联系 10. Prepare SOP for production 为生产准备SOP 11. Partner with Purchasing Department to improve vendor qualification. Participate in vendor evaluation. 配合采购部推动供应商的质量改进活动,参与供应商评估工作; 12. Constantly promote product quality improvement for meeting client requirements an d set quality standards based on production status. 负责推进产品质量的持续改进和提高,使产品质量达到顾客的要求,同时根据生产质量状况制定质量目标; 13. Other jobs assigned by the management 上级交代的其它事务 Qualifications an d Competencies 任职要求及资格: 1. BA in Food Science Or Chemistry preferred; 本科及以上学历,食品科学或化学相关专业; 2. At least 3 years QA experience in food plant with ISO/HACCP implementation experience; 八年以上食品厂质量管理经验(快速消费品行业也可,非食品类请勿投); 3. Solid knowledge of quality system e.g. ISO9000,ISO22000 an d HACCP. 熟悉ISO9000,ISO22000,HACCP等质量体系。 4. Good command of English, both verbal an d writing 英语口语和书写均佳; 5. Excellent interpersonal an d communication skills able to foster trust an d cooperation 优秀的沟通和人际关系能力,能培养信任和协作; 6. Excellent problem solving skills an d willing to work under pressure 优秀的问题解决能力,能在压力下工作; 7. Demonstrate ownership an d leadership to drive the department ahead 表现出主人翁精神和领导才能,带动部门的发展
